When can I expect my order?
The overwhelming majority of orders will be posted within 24-48 hours of purchase, however all orders will be posted inside 7 days. Please allow 1-2 days for transit.
How does your ‘Easy Return Policy’ work?
If for any reason at all you wish to return an item, simply notify Body Boost Supplements of your intention via email (at service@bodyboost.com.au) within 21 days of purchase and we will happily refund the cost of the item (excluding postage costs) once received by Body Boost unopened and free from damage. To qualify for this refund items must be received by Body Boost Supplements within 28 days of purchase. Please see the 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed page for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
To keep our prices as low as possible, Body Boost Supplements only accepts paypal and electronic funds transfer (EFT) when making a purchase.
How does the bank transfer payment method work?
At the checkout stage of your order you will be given an ID code and bank account details. Paste this ID into your bank’s reference field when processing the bank transfer with your bank. Your order will be processed once payment has cleared (usually takes 2 business days).
Once made, how will my order progress?
When making a purchase from Body Boost Supplements, your order will progress as follows:
- You will receive a confirmation of purchase email.
- Your order will be packed securely so that it is protected through transit.
- You will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped.
- Your item will be delivered via Registered Post through the Australia Post network.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
In the event an item in not received within 11 days of purchase, please notify Body Boost Supplements via email at service@bodyboost.com.au and we will contact Australia Post immediately. Please see our Delivery page for further information.
How do I cancel an order?
Any orders cancelled before the item(s) have been posted will be refunded (minus the charge for packaging and postage). An order cannot be cancelled once posted, for obvious reasons. Intention to cancel an order is to be made via email to this site. Please note, however, that all items, where unopened and free from damage, can be returned for a refund (minus packaging and postage charges) if intention to do this is made clear within 21 days of purchase and the item is received within 28 days from purchase.
