Delivery Information
Body Boost Supplements has made the decision to use Australia Post’s Registered Post service to ensure each and every order reaches its destination, giving you complete peace of mind when shopping.
To check postage costs prior to reaching the checkout stage of an order, simply type in your postcode when viewing your shopping cart. Australia Post postage calculations are based on cubic volume and weight for each order.

Delivery Timeframes
The overwhelming majority of orders will be posted within 24-48 hours of purchase, however all orders will be posted inside 7 days. Please allow 1-2 days for transit.
Non-receipt of Order
In the event an item in not received within 11 days of purchase, please notify Body Boost Supplements via email at service@bodyboost.com.au and we will contact Australia Post immediately. If it is deemed that Australia Post has lost your order, an identical order will be posted to you that same day. If Australia Post provides evidence that a family member, colleague or other signed for an item, the loss will become the responsibility of the customer. If Body Boost Supplements is notified of an order not arriving 21 days or more after purchase, the loss will become the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Items
Body Boost Supplements takes great care in packaging items for delivery, however we understand that, on occasion, an item may be damaged in transit. In the event an item arrives damaged, please contact Body Boost Supplements within 48 hours of arrival at service@bodyboost.com.au to arrange an exchange (or, at your discretion, a refund). If you wish to exchange or return a damaged item, please ensure the item remains unopened.
Alternatively you may refuse to take possession of a damaged item at the point of delivery (when the courier asks for you to sign) and request that the item be returned to sender. Please notify Body Boost Supplements immediately at service@bodyboost.com.au if this course of action is taken.
Delay in Postage
Body Boost Supplements endeavours to have all items for sale ready for immediate postage. In some cases, however, manufactures and distributors may be temporarily out of stock. If a purchased item is not available for immediate postage, Body Boost Supplements will notify you via email of the expected delay and offer a full refund if you would prefer.
Incorrect Order Received
In the event you receive an incorrect order, please notify Body Boost Supplements within 72 hours so that an exchange can be made at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address Supplied
Body Boost Supplements takes no responsibility for loss if an incorrect address is supplied for delivery. For this reason, please ensure you check all delivery details carefully.
Order Progression
When making a purchase from Body Boost Supplements, your order will progress as follows:
- You will receive a confirmation of purchase email.
- Your order will be packed securely so that it is protected through transit.
- You will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been shipped.
- Your item will be delivered via Registered Post through the Australia Post network.
